That? Needs to be blown up and framed. Lovely. And I love the spunkiness hiding under those wings.
February 11th, 2007 at 3:53 pmOMG how gorgeous!
February 11th, 2007 at 4:03 pmI love it. Such a sweet moment you caught. I bet she is spunky beneath all that feminine girly girlness!
February 11th, 2007 at 4:06 pmYou have such great pictures with such great lighting. Was she standing there, gazing out the window and you snapped the picture, or did you set it up? It’s gorgeous, either way!
February 11th, 2007 at 4:20 pmWhat a GREAT shot!
I love it when my kids dress up, but it’s so hard to get a picture of them. This is fantastic.
February 11th, 2007 at 5:54 pmSweet!
February 11th, 2007 at 5:57 pmShe is the sweetest! Cute photo.
February 11th, 2007 at 6:02 pmAw, thanks.
My daughter put the “clothes” on herself. She shuns real clothing.
I took a bunch of photos of her dancing around the room and then encouraged her to look out the window and try to spy things outside. This helped keep her somewhat still so that I wouldn’t have to use the flash.
February 11th, 2007 at 6:27 pmNope, not fooled a bit. My daughter is spunky (and at times downright mean) under all the sweetness and light too. Anything else would be uninteresting. Sticky sweet all the time, to me, would be just plain boring! (Can’t expect her to be any less complex than I am either.) Precious picture of your spunky one!
February 11th, 2007 at 6:42 pmNever fooled by the little girls. I’ve been shocked at how very bossy mine is becoming.
I live for these moments when she dresses up and dances around.
Girls are SOOOO different than boys but I can’t imagine life without her.
The teenage years really scare me.
February 11th, 2007 at 7:11 pmThe pictures that you take of your children are so good. Maybe that can be your new career at some point.
February 11th, 2007 at 7:25 pmShe is precious!
Gorgeous photo!

February 11th, 2007 at 8:13 pmShe will love that picture when she is older, it’s so serene

February 11th, 2007 at 9:51 pmAdorable. Enough said. :>
February 11th, 2007 at 11:00 pmSo banal to say this, but nonetheless true: HEARTSTOPPINGLY. BEAUTIFUL.
February 11th, 2007 at 11:10 pmHow on EARTH do you take such wonderful shots?
February 12th, 2007 at 1:09 amI know she’s spying stuff outside, but the light and the colour and the…..damn, it’s a gorgeous photo.
I love this picture! LOVE it! Reminds me of my sister and me when we were little and would dress up like that, then look dreamily out the window before beginning some awful choreography we’d spent all day working on.
February 12th, 2007 at 5:25 amI’m fooled.
February 12th, 2007 at 7:58 amI love how there’s nothing else but her undies on, I can so see my daughter running around like this 24/7 a year or so from now!
February 12th, 2007 at 9:21 amThat is so beautiful Chris! Amazing job!
February 12th, 2007 at 10:32 amBeautiful.

February 12th, 2007 at 10:57 amoh, I hope your daughter’s not SPUNKY! that word always makes me think of stink and poo! haha! Here’s a beautiful quote for you,
February 12th, 2007 at 12:18 pm“Most Children think that they are devils who play at being angels, when very often it is the reverse that is true.” I don’t know who said it, but it’s in the book “The Secret Language of Birthdays” under my b-day, March 5th.
So beautiful.
February 12th, 2007 at 5:53 pmShe is soooo pretty!!!
