Miles, even from behind, looks really excited.

  2. Karen Vogel says:

Better late than never, right? Although shouldn’t he be up in the North Pole already, packing up the sleigh?

  3. Missy says:

Merry Christmas! Have a great day. Merry Christmas! Hope Santa was good to you and your family.

  4. Angella says:

    So. Cute.

    I love the reds!

    Merry Christmas!

  5. All Adither says:

Oh my gosh, I want to squeeze their cute little shoulders.

You have a kick ass camera, by the way. Or just awesome photography skills. Or both.

  6. Antique Mommy says:

That line looks reasonable, even by 4YO standards. We got our ticket to get in line before noon. We got in line at 3pm. Picture snapped at 3:45. And then I spent $90 for a few lousy pictures. I am clearly an idiot with not enough to do.

  7. kalisah says:

    they look awfully patient.

  8. Wendy says:

I can’t keep up. Where did you get that dress for you daughter? I am envious of her clothes.

  9. Lisa says:

A photo that conveys so much! Your daughter is adorable.

Chris- I’ve been reading your blog for a couple years now and wanted to tell you how much I enjoy it and how I look forward to each new post. I find you inspiring in a very unOprah, approachable, doable manner. I recently read Eat, Pray, Love and found her writing style so similar to yours, I wonder if you’ve ever considered writing such a book for fellow mothers. Nurse, Scream, Sleep or something like that.

Anyway, keep on writing and many blessings to you and your family.
    Comfort and Joy.

  10. Liz says:

    Merry, merry Christmas!!!

  11. Lori says:

Oh my goodness! Her dress is beautiful!

  12. Angie says:

Isn’t your daughter freezing? I hate how they make those beautiful dresses so impractical. Great picture, though.

  13. mb says:

did you know that you don’t have to pay for a picture? you can use your own camera. found that one out this year.

Chris says: Yes we knew that. I do both. But for $20 I’ll pay for one of theirs also. Someone has to pay Santa, right?
