A New Year’s Eve in Photos

A New Year’s Eve in Photos

January 1, 2008

Drunk already. I tell them to eat something and space out the glasses of sparkling grape juice, but do they listen?

Drunk Already

Saying that your glass of “champagne” looks like pee, NEVER stops being funny.

The Laughing Continues

Even though her brother passes out on the table, she laughs on. I fear for her college days. “I’ve been drinking my brother under the table since I was four years old.”

Ya know what’s sad? When your kids have more fun than we did on New Year’s Eve! Dh was in bed at early-thirty because he had to start his Frito route at 4 AM and I wasn’t far behind him. Ahhh, youth is wasted on the young!

Happy New Year to you and yours, Chris.

Happy New Year :) Had to laugh out loud at your last statement, of your daughter in college, drinking her brother under the table since she was 4. Thanks for giving so many laughs with your writings, throughout the year! :)

  5. Christy says:

Ahh. But it should make her tons of “friends”.

    ;)

    Happy New Year!

Oh, I didn’t have so much fun on New Year’s Eve! Time to reconsider my refusal to drink, obviously. Happy New Year to you and yours:)

I do hope you didn’t let them drive home.

  16. Julia says:

Your daughter is so cute when she is laughing. My daughter is more interested in being a barbie princess and dancing and singing what sounds like offkey opera around the house…. I can only handle that until 8pm then I ushered them off to bed… Rob and I didn’t make it to midnight either….

  18. She Likes Purple says:

You make me want to have seven kids and no one in the history of the world (including Milo Ventimiglia, who could make me want to just about anything) has made me want to have seven kids before.

You are too funny!!!! I love that picture!
