Oh my gosh YUM! Bacon is quite possibly the best food in the world.
January 30th, 2008 at 4:43 pmOh Chris - you are so mean!! I am at work (I know, I know) with absolutely no access to bacon. I want bacon so bad.
That soup looks fabulous, by the way. Will be trying it this weekend.
January 30th, 2008 at 5:02 pmLooks scrumptious.

January 30th, 2008 at 5:26 pmLooks yummy! I am going to need all of the crockpot recipes I can get my hands on when I start my new job with a LONG commute. (sigh)
January 30th, 2008 at 5:34 pmThanks - first I gain 2 pounds at Weight Watchers this week, and then you have to tempt me with that picture!
January 30th, 2008 at 5:39 pmHMMM…..we love bacon. We love our Bacon Wave even better.
January 30th, 2008 at 7:50 pmThis picture is beautiful. It would be a great picture to use for a bacon add. Just the right amount of thickness, crispiness, greasiness…. DROOL!!! I love BACON and defiantly craving it now.
January 30th, 2008 at 7:51 pmThat looks so yummy. I think I could live off bacon alone.
January 30th, 2008 at 8:19 pmI have SO got to buy me some pig! I have a huge cholesterol problem, but I’m going to make this recipe for Super Bowl Sunday anyway!
January 30th, 2008 at 9:52 pmHang on. I have to wipe the drool off of the keyboard.
January 30th, 2008 at 9:53 pmI’m so envious of your organic cow/pig/bacon. I’m still looking -

January 30th, 2008 at 10:39 pmI’m drooling.
Drooling.
January 30th, 2008 at 10:48 pmJust jotted down that delicious sounding recipe you had a link to, and I intend to force my children to eat it this weekend. (Eating things mixed together is pure horror for those people even if they like the items separately.)
January 31st, 2008 at 12:17 amAnyway, good to know I’m not the only one who cooks bacon in the oven. People always think I’m weird.
I’ll just take mine and Gorilla Glue it to my thighs. That’s where it’s gonna end up eventually anyway!
Oh, the lip-smackin goodness of bacon! And while it’s not as good as home-grown, my grocery store has bacon buy one pkg get one free this week. I shall be stocking up! Wish I had some now!
January 31st, 2008 at 9:24 amOh my gosh. Now i totally want bacon… or a blt, or a bacon cheeseburger or just about anything that has to do with bacon…
January 31st, 2008 at 9:30 amI saw your picture of bacon while I was wondering what to cook for dinner last night.
SO, we had bacon.
and eggs.
and potatoes.
and biscuits (no gravy, didn’t we show restraint?).
Thanks, it was yummy.
Now we have reservations for the family in the local cardiac unit.
January 31st, 2008 at 10:16 am(speechless due to the drool pooling in my mouth)
January 31st, 2008 at 10:58 pmWe’ve had “bacon night” ’round here for years. Just like in the diners - any way you want it -

~ w/eggs (any style)
~ w/waffles (toaster style)
~ w/pancakes (microwave style)
YUM!
LOL… Chris, I could only laugh when I saw this post. I AGREE with you - Bacon is for dinner, and lunch, and breakfast, and snacks - like inside a flour tortilla with some cheddar cheese.
Ah bacon, how I love thee… let me count the ways!
