June 16th, 2008 at 11:22 amI’m nearing 40 and I still love my daddy like that. Oh, I see his flaws clearly now but he is still larger than life to me. A living hero.

So cute - she will really adore these photos someday! My mom was never good at taking pics (hey, she had 4 of us, I can’t really blame her), so there are only a handful of my father and I together.

Can I just tell you (once again?) that your husband is the HOTNESS. And your daughter is like a Cindy Crawford beauty.
June 16th, 2008 at 11:45 amAwww. And, if she’s anything like me, she’ll still feel this way when she’s 30. I adore my daddy and feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have him.
June 16th, 2008 at 11:51 amAw, adorable! It reminds me of my father and I when I was a little girl.
June 16th, 2008 at 12:11 pmIt looks as if they could start their own mutual admiration society. A very lucky little girl!
June 16th, 2008 at 12:24 pmTrue of my own father and myself and now sooo very true of my husband and my two daughters. They have each other wrapped tightly around little fingers. Isn’t it great?
June 16th, 2008 at 12:56 pmAs it should be. I love how beautifully you captured that relationship.
June 16th, 2008 at 1:54 pmIf I remember correctly, your husband has very much the “green thumb”?
Such sweet photos!!
June 16th, 2008 at 1:55 pmAnd that is as it should be.
June 16th, 2008 at 2:29 pmThat’s what daddy’s are for!

June 16th, 2008 at 6:23 pmBeautiful, beautiful shots. So many of your photos are so terrific, I’m just wondering, is your house full of family pictures that you’ve taken? (I take hundreds but hardly ever print any)
June 16th, 2008 at 6:28 pmLittle girls and their daddies! Nothing else is quite as sweet!
June 16th, 2008 at 6:49 pmNothin’ like it.

That’s because she’s so dang cute!
June 17th, 2008 at 1:16 amIt’s so often the magic feeling you capture in your photos..No special camera or settings can do that.
June 17th, 2008 at 8:08 amJust you.
Love it~
With the ability to be that cute, I think anyone would spoil her rotten.
June 17th, 2008 at 9:12 amWhat amazing pictures, they both look like “keepers” to me
June 17th, 2008 at 9:41 amAre you hiding in the bushes or are they so used to you with a camera that they just ignore you?
Either way, the shots are so candid. Great memory.
June 17th, 2008 at 10:28 amMy daughter used a picture similar to this one (adoring look from both) for her Fathers day card that she made for daddy this year and she is 16…it is a very special journey for sure…thanks for sharing!
