How about Happy Bastille Day? I’m not feeling really motivated to post myself. But my excuse is too much lazying about and sunning myself by the inflatable kiddy pool. I’m sure you have real reasons.

You mean sometimes life is awesome in it’s simplicity? Yes, I agree :)

Oh man, my mom used to make that all the time and I loved it! I should make it for my kids.

That is one of my families fav. things to eat. You should try it with banana pudding. Really good!

    True story.

Good friend of mine made banana pudding one day. She is NOT a cook. Burns water. Was so pleased with herself. Son comes home from school. She tells him she made banana pudding for him. He gets a bowl. Takes a huge bite. “Mom, where are the bananas?” They were sitting on the kitchen counter, still in their protective wrapper!

And like a good friend should, almost 10 years later, I still give her grief about it!

I just made this the other day! Only difference was mine had cream cheese and vanilla added to it, YUMMY! Great recipe :-)

This is my dad’s favorite except we use whipped cream - more fat equals more flavor.
