Snow Cones!
August 16, 2010
This snow cone truck driver is brilliant. Arriving at the field just as practice for a million kids is ending.
How can you possibly NOT buy your children one when it is still 95 degrees at 8pm?

How can you not by yourself one when it’s still 95 at 8pm.
August 16th, 2010 at 9:39 amYup, the Kona Ice trucks come here after practice also. And to our school fund raisers. And to the neighborhood pool. Those darn things are expensive!
August 16th, 2010 at 10:10 amChris, I can’t get over how much Miles resembles your son w/shoulder pads on in first pic. And your daughter and other son in the pic have such a strong resemblance as well. Great pic. Makes me want to get a snowball (thats what we call them here)
August 16th, 2010 at 10:17 amLOL!!!! There is an ice cream truck that parks in the lot of our local football field. I just said the other day how that guy knows what he’s doing!! Although my son can not partake of it…he’s still 7 lbs over the weight limit.
It’s coming off..little by little.

Chris says: To be honest, I don’t like snow cones.
August 16th, 2010 at 2:47 pmI could use one of those right now. I always liked cherry the best!
August 16th, 2010 at 3:50 pmI think it has to be that hot to make you feel okay spending $2 a pop (or more) on ice with a splash of koolaid. They are ridiculously refreshing. I wish they’d have a margarita truck for the parents!
August 16th, 2010 at 4:54 pmThat is some clever marketing.
August 17th, 2010 at 9:31 amWe’d always get mad when the ice cream truck rolled up to the Little League games. I don’t think I would have been mad about a Sno-Cone truck….unless it plays that obnoxious music.
August 17th, 2010 at 3:26 pm“Margarita truck” … hmmmmm … fill a little flash with a wee margarita, toss it in your purse, ask for a snow cone with no flavoring and flavor your own (when no one’s looking)! Great idea?
August 17th, 2010 at 7:15 pmFabio’s hair is getting long! Handsome kids!
August 17th, 2010 at 8:34 pmJust curious about your boys and their hair… Why do they wear it so long?
Chris says: Because these two like it that way and frankly, it is their hair.
